  3. Shoppers (“shoppers” are individuals and non-profit organizations that pay invoices forwarded to the merchant by ReelPay at checkout, request a refund, use our Services, or indirectly interact with ReelPay when donating to the merchant);
  4. Payees who request payment (“Payments”) from merchants via cryptocurrency and use the Services (e.g., employees, contractors, vendors, or clients of exchange).


What kind of information do we collect?

We collect different types of information when users interact with us. The information we collect depends on the type of user. We collect information that you choose to provide to us when you use our Services. We may also collect information from your device automatically.   1. Shoppers; we may collect information when shoppers indirectly interact with ReelPay to pay the merchant's invoice, request a refund, and/or make a donation.
  • When you pay a ReelPay invoice, we collect:
  • Technical information including IP address; the type of browser, device, and operating system you use; the identifier associated with the device you use to access our Website; the pages you visit and the features you use; the date and time of access; the address of another website which you navigate from or to; and information about your Internet service provider
  • Products purchased at the relevant merchant and the price

The city where you are employed

We may collect the information above from merchants or directly from shoppers. The collection of this information improves our ability to provide our Services and allows our system to send emails directly to shoppers to obtain a cryptocurrency refund address when the payment is abnormal (e.g., overpayment, underpayment, etc.). It also provides a smoother payment experience for merchants and shoppers.


  1. In addition, we may collect and store information solely for the benefit of the merchant and provide invoice service at the precise request of the merchant. Information that a merchant may request about a shopper may include:
